Abubaker Abed is a Palestinian journalist from Gaza, now studying in Ireland. Despite being an aspiring football journalist, he became an accidental war correspondent when Israel’s genocide in Gaza turned everyday life into a frontline. His reporting captures both the brutality of Israel’s onslaught and the endurance of those who survive it.
Abubaker Abed is wonderful and moving. It is indeed tragic that the Zionist controlled western media have so created such false imagery about Palestinian people in general! The past two years, if anyone chose to look beyond the nanosecond propaganda clips, would have found endless examples of the beauty, thoughtfulness, kindness, intelligence, and creativity of the Palestinian people.
