Correct and within Chapters 6, 7 and 10 there are various Articles that can invoke the UNGA and UNSC to start military proceedings! So the question I've been asking is WHY HAVEN'T THEY? Which shows a clear answer, and as I've stated for a long time, United Nothing aka UN, are puppets in a falsehood of diplomatic, democratic, world law! The Zionists and continued domination needs to be stopped, no court like the ICC will do anything, it's another ludicrous 'joke' that suits them when needed!

Just like .. what does the phrase "United States and Justice for All" mean? Something Americans chants in school since they are 5, this country does not provide justice for all. It's a falsehood

— No state has an inherent right to exist; states exist de facto. Their existence depends on international de-facto recognition of clearly defined, unchanging borders, which Israel possesses no more than Palestine.

Rather than a nation-state Israel is a de-acto occupier of two existing nations and one aspiring nation.

— States acquire the right of self-defence only when they achieve existence.

Why hasn't this been carried out by the UN if they have the power to defend Gaza? They preach the moral high ground but without any action. This is utterly abhorrent.

The U.N. is controlled by precisely the same people who are behind the terrorist israeli regime . . . they have a track record of raping children and exploiting those they are tasked with protecting.

This is NOT the answer.

Not just children but the United Nothing on the field, the rate was SO high from abuse that UN staff were committing disgusting amount of abuse, the UN needed to set up inquiries as the truth was being told by so many people, so to save 'face' these enquiries teams were set up BUT still the abuse continues on the field missions e.g., building roads, schools, emergency disaster zones etc., they fund It's a corrupt, gross entity!

International law feels overwhelmingly primitive / dysfunctional in the 21st Century. It still lacks a specific tool to tackle lies, hypocrisy, and double standards, with special sanctions for those lies by the veto powers. Israeli liars and US cover-ups cannot be allowed a speech space in UNSC meetings. This just does not work: lies cannot share the same space of truth as equals.

The fact they have not done it yet says enough.

They also are only puppets with only a show of peace and security.

Rules don't apply to the puppet masters

Mark Seddon glosses over a very important point when he says “with the support of other member states who are prepared to carry it out”. He is unwittingly giving the US cover, while not explaining United for Peace accurately. To be clear the General Assembly has no binding authority to mandate the use of force. The Uniting for Peace mechanism, which lets it recommend collective measures (including force) when the Security Council is paralyzed is still a recommendation. Its power has sometimes shaped outcomes (Korea, Suez) and sometimes not (Hungary, Ukraine). The gap between “recommend” and “mandate” is the heart of the limit. The GA already passed numerous resolutions condemning occupation and even recommended sanctions and boycotts. These resolutions help build global political momentum but not enough member states have acted on the to make a huge difference. They’re still non-binding recommendations. Until the US stops using its veto at the SC, the UN cannot impose the mobilization of troops or no fly zones or any action of the sort. If recommendations won’t get these governments to sanction Israel or send in their navies with humanitarian aid, they certainly won’t get the to use force against Israel!

The following details of the history from 2005 to October 7th are crucial for the analysis and resolution of the conflict. It is surprising that no academic has brought them to the forefront of the debate. In the long interview, not a single word is wasted. It must be widely and urgently disseminated and continued.
