I think we need to rethink appealling to the rule of law and civil rights. The fact that Palestine Action protestors were just sentenced as terrorists and the proscription upheld tells us everything we need to know about the systems that used to protect us.
Turns out the systems that are supposedly there to protect us are also there to control us. We don't have "rights", we have priveledges that can be rescinded.
