I keep seeing brilliant young Gazans announcing their acceptances and massive need for funding in order to ‘be allowed’ to actual attend. It makes me so angry that the countries who have facilitated not only the destruction of their homeland but also of their opportunity for higher education, health, employment and more, take for themselves the privilege of charging these students ANYTHING to come to them. Where are reparations? How could they even begin to pay the debt for what they have inflicted? The very least should be offering these people opportunities to further their education.
