As i read this I do not know how to process it in my mind. I do not know how to think. I do not know how to be. Do i know who I am anymore? How can this be, this thing that has been done to the Palestinian people in Gaza. How can I live like I once did? Israel, what have you done! Who are you? Your ancestors would hang their heads in shame. You should leave the earth. I will not look away. I will not. I refuse. Those in other places in the world, who are willingly complicit, who are you? What have you done?

So well said. How can the Jews of Israel do what so terribly was done to them in the past ? Alas for humanity.

Well said. And no matter how deep the horror, when you think they could do no more than they have done, it continues day after day , unchecked, brutal, merciless , demonic. Who are they indeed.

I believe this is and has always been the IOF’s intent, to destroy the people and their culture too. Palestine is a daily reminder to them that they are in the wrong, a destructive colonial entity that means nothing but death and destruction. Israel is a morally bankrupt regime, and the existence of resistance in any form proves it. God help the beautiful people of Palestine as they face the greatest evil humans have ever invented, Israel.

The Isrealis don’t really know what the value of a life is that they so carelessly take.

This writing is profound as it reflects the depth and breadth of humanity. It will stand forever in contrast with the state of Israel which has committed genocide. Long after Israel is gone, these words will retain their profound nature. Thanks you.

I cried reading this - what can you say? It's true. It is with grim satisfaction one sees Iranian missiles raining down on the Zionist entity hopefully rendering it economically unviable and US hegemony being eroded in the Middle East. I live in Spain where between 1936 and until his death in 1975 Franco presided over a genocide of his own people. 75,000 Republicans were killed in combat but a further approximately 130,000 people were murdered after the war. Many of them were intellectuals - poets and writers as well as teachers and doctors. In many ways it's not comparable because a large residual population was left, but nevertheless, it is worth noting Spain - albeit 50 years later is a thriving democracy with flourishing artistic culture, and wonderful teachers and doctors. I am sure there will be many mentors in the international community who would be happy to help rejuvenate Palestinian society and culture the resilience of which amazes the world - we owe it to those who are sadly no longer with us

Absolutely devastating truth that this genocide represents beyond built-environment infrastructural loss and includes moral infrastructure. However, I would argue that it has reignited the legacy of sumud (Palestinian resilience) in spite of their attempted erasure. A cultural trait that has inspired and awoken many in the world because of the moral losses, may they be eternally granted peace and beauty for their endured sacrifices.

But the indescribable destruction, demoralization and abuse was what the isr&elis wanted. Almost everybody in Isr@el supported the removal of life, culture and peoplehood from G@za. This has long been the objective of the State. At least since ‘48

And for that reason alone, P@lestine must defy the odds, rebuild and thrive
